This is the wiring diagram for the active preamp in my Peavey Fury V bass



Can anyone tell from that diagram whether the EQ is flat when everything is rolled off. Big ask I know but the pots don't have a centre detent so I'm assuming this is the case and the EQ is 'boost only'

That looks like a Baxandall tone control, so it's boost and cut.
