GregBass Posted May 8, 2015 Share Posted May 8, 2015 I have had a couple of technical issues with my rig recently, and have to comment on the support I received. Firstly, TC. I have an RH750 that is well out of warranty and that I bought second hand. It had the "knobs falling off" issue (ooer, missus). I contacted TC to ask where I could buy a replacement set, and two days later a full set arrived free of charge. Then Barefaced. I bought a Big Baby 2, which had an issue with its crossover. After a couple of emails, Alex agreed to send a new crossover for me to try. I swapped it out, problem solved without having to return the cab. Great support from both - thanks guys.
