ripper1888
Never tried MarkBass amps at all ! I have two ampeg 8x10 cabs.(I'm only use one of them at the time). If I get the chance , I'd like to try an all tube MarkBass amp for my ampegcabs. When that being said: My alltube ampeg amp is THOUNDEROUS ! Love those 604s. Using them with an LMK head at the moment, though have bad GAS for a LittleMark Tube 800... And below - how I used to roll (in the days before phone cameras had megapixel capacity!)... martin8708
Cool rig , I used to have a 2 x 604 rig powered by a Tube 800 , till I went down the Vanderkley route . The Tube 800 is stronger in the Mids , gives you a bit more of a cutting edge in loud bands and the head-room is great , good fun watching the guitarist fiddle with the volume knob on his amp while the Tube 800 is just getting warmed up . alhbass
With you all the way then - even as far as the Vanderkleys are concerned - I'm very tempted by their wonderful look and good reviews, but haven't had an opportunity to try them yet (maybe it's undiplomatic to discuss that further on a MarkBass thread tho!). Love to try a Tube800 with my rig too....
Deedee
Hi all This is my lovely rig, all purchased from the BC forums. I bought the CMD102P several months ago and it's absolutely fantastic. I have however been on the look out for a 1x15 for it to sit on. So I recently snapped up this rather lovely STD 151 HR cab. I love it !! 😎 Cheers
mikhay77
Posted this on My bass rig 104HF for that massive bottom end but still crisp and a 104HR for that tight top end punch.Driven by my prized Trace Elliot V4 mk2. Really, really good! Keeps up nicely with our guitarists Mesa and the others guitarists 4x12 and Jcm 800!!!! And the all import linear speaker kajiggers! 2 rows of 4.lol. M@23
Here's my LMIII with club600F32 2x12 cab. For those that don't know, it's a front ported 800 watt 4ohm cab. So i get the full 500 watts of the amp. I love this rig, used to use a 102p, which i had to sell to fund this cab, but loved the little 2x10 and am going to buy another when funds permit. This is an ideal setup for the bands i'm in now though. Loud, clear and versatile. Edited September 19, 2013 by M@
Chiliwailer
I hope I'm not going to offend here, but I put a 70's Fender grill cloth on my Mini 121p. Now it matches my bass, kind of....
M@23
Here is my rig (again) with the latest addition. Best sound i've ever had from my rig. I've gone back to playing with the EQ flat and just a touch of VLE, will see how it goes over the next few gigs, but i don't imaginei'll be doing a lot of tweaking. A photo of my old 102p and Mexican P bass too for good measure. Really miss that cab. Bassman68
Can I come to play? Love my MB gear, gives me a lot of options but I love having the chance to split the heads & cabs for a stereo rig...

Kev
I am LOVING my new little box for quiet practice, will be more than adequate for band practice (albeit with no or a very quiet drummer) as it kicks out a surprising amount of volume! bassbiscuits
I’ll play - I’ve ended up with two Markbass Little Mark heads and three 2x10 cabs (a traveller and two standards.) For what I’m after, one traveller plus one standard is the best sound of the lot. Plus I’m an old fart now and this is light enough for me to move easily and stick in the van.
