Count Bassy
I've had a LM3 for a few months now, but have only just got round to asking this question. If I turn up the treble at all (into a Vanderkley 112MNT) then there is a very noticeable hiss, even with nothing plugged in. Not normally a problem for me as I normally have the tweeter dialed right down, and rarely boost the treble (and if I do I do it at the bass rather than at the amp). However: is this normal, or does it sound like a fault? I also have a Carvin BX700 which remains completely silent in the same circumstances (but I still prefer the LM3 sound) Edited May 11, 2015 by Count Bassy
Musashimonkey
I've been having a similar issue with my GK mb800 head. I run wifi and a network through my earth cable, so I'm wondering if my issue is related to interference or dirty power. I'm considering buying a 'power conditioner' to attempt to rectify. Never had any issues with other heads.
