Neck: hardrock maple, matched headstock

Fingerboard: east indian rosewood, 21 frets

Construction: bolt on

Pickguard: cream

Pickups: Fender noiseless

Strings: Flat wound 40 - 100

Electronics: active 2-band Glockenklang - volume (active/passive push/pull switch), balance, bass, treble/passive tone blend.

Finish: fiesta red (nitro), body/neck gloss

Hardware: chrome

incl. Hard Case.

I think this elwood is much more versatile than the Jake. It also has a much better looking nitro finish and Glockenklang preamp.

Indeed, but I was really after cost-efficient, good sounding P and Jake ticked that box. You snooze you loose I guess

My lovely Elwood bass is back up for sale.
Its never left the house and is in as new mint condition and comes with HARD case, NEW black leather strap, flat would strings and Hercules stand.
Im having to give up playing due to ill health and want this beauty to go to a new home.
