This arrived today - it's a 6 quid stereo bluetooth adaptor - it charges up by micro USB, lasts around 8 hours and has a built in microphone.

I've plugged it into the aux input on my TC Electronics BG250 and I can now stream music to it from my phone wirelessly for practicing.
It also turns the bass amp into a 250W speakerphone...!

Just leave it tucked in the back of the cab or velcro somewhere convenient and you don't have the hassle of wires whilst practicing at home. I'm quite chuffed!

They're already doing this, yes - this just lets you add it very nearly and cheaply to other amps.
You could use Bluetooth from bass to amp I guess but it would be easier to use existing wireless transmitters and receivers though I guess.
