Warwick CL combo

I am thinking of buying a new combo for home practice and small scale rehearsal etc and remember being impressed a few years ago by the Warwick CL 1x12 combo at a music exhibition at the NEC.
Does anyone have real world experience of these combos?

Not specifically this combo, but I used a Sweet 15 in college about 4 or 5 years ago and was very underwhelmed by it. It may just have been that specific Warwick combo that was a bit shoddy, but I wasn’t impressed at all. The newer stuff might be a lot better though.

The CL is about £550 new yeah? You can get A LOT of amp for that if you look in the for sale section of this forum…I’m guessing you’re after something small and light though? IMO, the Warwick combos are a bit overpriced when you compare them to the price and performance of the GK or Ampeg combos.

Well, I played a Warwick CL and it's a nice little amp. The new ones have neo speakers.
