You'll like this...not a lot but you'll like it!

Was depping for queen tribute band Magic last night at The Mill at Sonning.

One old dear had tuned up to the theater thinking it was actually a magic show. Undeterred she stayed till the end and thoroughly enjoyed her first rock gig!


We were playing on a set for a murder mystery play too which may have added to her confusion!

How wonderful! It's great that she enjoyed it.

I remember seeing a very good show about songwriter Harold Arlen at the Mill many years ago (late 80's). It was a great venue - glad to hear it's still going.

Yes it's great venue, very quaint. Not many venues can claim to have a full size working water wheel in their bar either!

Could have been worse, might have been 2nd on the bill to the puppet show and have to break out 'jazz odyssey'
