ChorltonV
Reluctantly selling my Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass in Dolphin grey non export with a black scratch-plate. Its from 2004-2005 Crafted in Japan 'R' prefix with 6 digit serial number. Comes in a Warwick Rockcase case. Fitted with Seymour Duncan SPB-3 & SJB-3 Quarter Pound pickups. I've loved playing this Bass and it's one of the best looking guitars around. However I'm a short scale man at heart and cannot put down my Fender Mustang, so I'm looking for a second short-scale Bass to back up what I've got and let this one go to a more appreciative home. It has a small scratch by the jack socket, which looks a damn sight worse in the picture than it is in reality. But otherwise she's a cracker! £450.00 https://www.dropbox.com/s/3cfgmuj2lznfptv/2015-06-01%2013.54.05.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/qlknidob6t9a7ht/2015-06-01%2013.54.41.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/arjy7hiqz0a0tab/2015-06-01%2013.55.51.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/kdty7vqjm9at3yg/2015-06-01%2013.56.22.jpg?dl=0 Edited June 1, 2015 by ChorltonV

ChorltonV
I had to look this up and if you can trust what you read on Wikipedia, this is the answer; The body outline is shaped like the Jazz Bass, though substantially lighter (the Aerodyne Jazz Bass weighs about 7 pounds, compared to the 10 pounds of the standard Jazz Bass). It's also slightly thinner than a traditional Jazz Bass body, due to its unusual 39 inch top radius unique to the Aerodyne series. Hope this helps?

ChorltonV
I'm in Northamptonshire, but I do travel around quite a bit with work so can arrange something within reason.
tom1946
Sorry but I'd need a definite accurate weight, wiki won't do it I'm afraid. Never mind.

mybass
Sorry but I'd need a definite accurate weight, wiki won't do it I'm afraid. Never mind.
If it helps....my medium 32" scale aerodyne weighs exactly 8lbs. Add a bit of extra neck wood weight, maybe a couple of ounces. Terrific bass and benefits with the Seymours upgrade.
