[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Reluctantly i am selling my two P basses, only for the reason that after years of putting it off i am moving to 5 strings.[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]This is the one that i told myself i would never sell and TBH, i will withdraw if no one wants. I spent a long time finding this one. [/font][/color][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif][color=#282828]It is the best Fender P i have played, it is just everything they were intended to be. It is as new condition, no scuffs,chips, dents or buckle rash. It weighs bang on 8.5 lbs and was the lightest one i could find at the time and is in the best colour and finish option available!! Ha. I bought it new only a year ago! [/color][/font][color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]I have added a bridge cover as you can see and it is strung with Fender 50-100 flats. Also, the rosewood board has a very nice colour to it. TheFender flats are a little brighter than the LaBellas on my other one and the tension isn't as high. This bass seems to work really well with them, as with the tone pot on full it is quite bright and aggressive and tone fully off it is super round and thumpy. It retains this lovely clarity throughout though.[/font][/color]
[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Every now and then you get a Fender that is just spot on. It plays, looks and sounds exactly like it should and is a great example of the standard (no pun intended) of what Fender can do.[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]As with my red one, ideally, this would be a cash sale, but i'm open to trade offers for five strings. Collection from Lymington, Portsmouth or Southampton are doable. Given the quality of the SKB cases, i could find out some packaging and do postage as well if needs be.[/font][/color]

Unfortunately, something has come up and I desperately need the cash. I'm now asking £750 as I need these both shifted asap. This could pass for new and is a beautiful example of a Fender P. Please give her a good home!
