drums1977 Posted June 6, 2015 Share Posted June 6, 2015 Been thinking of buying a 1U Matrix GT1000FX to pair with my DB680 Aguilar preamp. [url="http://uk.matrixamplification.com/gt-1000-fx-1u.html"]GT1000FX-1U[/url] The tones of this Aggy preamp are so amazing that I want something that modifies it as little as possible, and I want a 1u rack amp. The matrix is specifically engineered for guitar (it is not a PA power amp), so I emailed the guys and they said it works fine with bass as well. Ours was excellent and worked solidly without drama although it's been relegated to monitor duty for now since the arrival of another JBL MPX..
