Lovely bass!

Big chunk of missing info though bud, what has happened with the preamp? Extra stacked knob from stock there :)

The knobs are the same as those included with the Seymour Duncan STC-3. Does the volume knob pull out, boosting the treble and bass?

Yes , second knob in from the neck is "push/pull"

Kev is correct Thumbs are standard 3 knobbers :)
Probably worth opening the electronics cavity and checking whats in it.

This won't be stock. There is always the possibility of a custom shop, but this looks like the standard 3 knob layout with an extra knob out of pattern with the others.

Gut shot please?

I remember seeing a similar lefty fretless 5 Thumb for sale on another forum which also had four knobs. The guy said it had a piezo fitted in the bridge. I wonder if this is what the extra knob could be?

Good shout, it could have a piezo bridge so that could well be it, picture isn't really clear enough to tell.

Still, the knobs still confuse me as they are not the usual type, a gut shot would confirm if it is MEC or not, unless you already know?

Details details details :D
