La Bella recently introduced these Copper White Nylon Tape Wound Series strings, which are made with a transparent nylon wrapped over copper underlays. The result is a warm, supple tone, and they sound great on fretted or fretless basses.

String Gauge is .060, .070, .094, .115, which sounds heavy but doesn't feel it: they are flexible and medium to low tension.

This set has been cut to fit a 4 in a line headstock like a P or J bass. Very low miles.

£40 new, I'm asking £28 posted or £25 collected from NE Hampshire or Central London.

Hmm,
tempting. I'm looking for something to replace my Steve Harris sigs, on a Squier PJ fretless
I like the SH's - but I'm looking for something with slightly less tension....
These sound like they might just be the ticket

Is there much "drag" with the nylon surface?
