mrbassman_de Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 (edited) MTD 635-24 Walnut Burl Top Walnut Burl top Swamp ash body Ash neck, bolt-on construction Maple board 35 scale Black Hardware Bartolini Pickups and Electronics Weight 4.5 kg Overall this bass has been played a lot (for good reasons) yet very well cared for and is in top working condition. Neck pickup shows some wear from thumb positioning. Very articulate sound as you would expect from a Maple'd MTD. Retail price of theses model today would be >7500 USD, which does not include shipping and tax. gorandelac Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 O man I love to see well played bass, this one is a beauty, specially front pickup thumb worn... Rainer this one is a beauty!
mrbassman_de Posted June 13, 2015 Author Posted June 13, 2015 Thanks Goran - I can always trust in your attention :-)
alzamatt Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 HI, really beauty and rare to find an MTD 635 , many compliments for a great seller string spacing ?
nobodysprefect Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 I've owned this one. It's a really great 635. The rarer bloodwood-ebony 635 is better for modern gospel but this one is the one for rock. Should probably get it back. Will see about putting something else for sale.
