Squier Classic Vibe 60's P bass, in fantastic (and no-longer available) Sonic Blue.

Really amazing sounding bass.
In excellent condition. Tiny dent in headstock (photographed), otherwise looks new.

Few small upgrades:

* Tone control replaced with - [b]Stellartone ToneStyler 10[/b] (worth £80): this is fantastic and allows lots of control over tone, many sounds from a P bass, including classic P bass tones. * La Bella Deep Talkin' Bass flatwounds (medium gauge)

* Original E string tuner replaced with a matching Hipshot HB-1

My Sterling Sub Ray4 is on Gumtree. If it goes, I'd be tempted to take this off your hands.

What's the neck like? Is it chunky? I have a VM Precision PJ and the neck is ideal on that.

the neck is great, I don't think it's particularly chunky. I've got a 2012 American Standard P bass and sure it's just the same as this if that's any help. (I think the older models had a thicker neck is that right?).
