ianrendall
Hi loves, I have fairly recently acquired another Stingray. It's a 3eq hence the side mounted jack. I'm looking for a decent angled jack lead. Having not purchased a lead for many years I'm out of the loop when it comes to this. Any tips? My current leads are 10ft, ideally I'd like longer, at least 15ft.
lemmywinks
Have a look at bassic bits / Rockwire. You can also get the same components they use in cables on eBay, just make sure you spec decent jacks (Neutrik) and quality cable (Klotz, Van Damme). One here, 5m/15ft with an angled jack for £15.49 delivered: http://www.ebay.co.u...=item3aa6e1087d Edited June 15, 2015 by lemmywinks

such
I use these, in 5.5 and 3m lengths, in black and tweed colours: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fender-Custom-18-6ft-guitar-cable/dp/B005PNXLPS/ Had few of them for 4 years now and I'm yet to experience a problem. brensabre79
The Fender Custom Shop ones are actually pretty average quality cables underneath the tweed wrap. I had to repair mine as the right angled end just popped off one night (mid set ). What's underneath is a pretty meagre amount of copper wrapped in a lot of plastic. I usually just make my own, but i liked the look of the tweed. If you don't make 'em I'd recommend OBBM's cables http://bassic-bits.co.uk/
TrevorR
I've been using Cleartone cables for the last few years. Very good quality. Neutrik and VanDamme made up to order in whatever configuration and length you can imagine. They're made by the guys who used to make Award Session pedals and Session amps. http://www.award-session.com/cleartone_cables.html
