Sibob
Indeed, I reckon it has something to do with the S1, I wonder if the new USA jazzes without S1 have normal routing! Si
jazzbassmm
As requested my jazz without pcikguard!! Jazz Bass Standard 2008 MIA I think is just a shape nothing related with MIM, MIA, or something else....is just an industrial shape. This is a 2008 model bought new from a shop 4 days ago, and there is not S1 on it I think that all new models are made in the same way. What is not clear for me is the hole on the right Edited August 29, 2008 by jazzbassmm
martthebass
My 1999 MIA Jazz 3TS Fretless (No S1) is exactly the same as this one.
mr_russ
My old CIJ 75 reissue jazz was routed properly - so you could actually take the guard off The neck pocket was also a perfect fit - I've not found this to be true of many usa fenders except for the new >2008 models.
