NGD - New gear day

Evening all,

So, over the past few days I've been in Brighton and on a visit to GAK decided to get myself a souvenir. After much umming and arrring I settled for one of these...

It's gonna take a while to get used to it and even more so to think of how I'm gonna use it, but I like it. After we got home from Brighton I thought I'd shift a few unused pedals and try and trade them for something I might actually use. This resulted in me getting one of these little delights...

Having tried all the bass ODs Nevada had, I moved on to a few guitar ones and found that I favoured this out of the ones I tried. Give me a few days with both and I'll try and do a proper review for y'all.

I have the very same Bass VI. I don't think I would ever use it in a band situation, but it's certainly fun to noodle on, and they look amazing with the white/tort blocks and binding.

What is the idea behind the Bass VI? I've come across them before but I'm not quite sure what to make of them. They certainly look awesome whatever the case. I'll look forward to checking out your full review
