In ears that fit into ER25s?

Just wondering if there are any In-ear monitor solutions that fit in or around ER25 custom earplugs?

Got no idea about this sort of thing, any help appreciated

Yep, Have a chat with the lovely peeps at Etymotic Research. They have adaptors available that allow certain models of their in-ears to plug into the moulds. I'm afraid I can't remember which ones do now. The filter just pops out and the in-ears plug in. in place.
I got a free cable tidy thingy sent through too!
