goblin Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 After a fairly tense week after Parcelforce being as incompetent as per usual, my new bass arrived to day. And boy isn't she lovely! 2006 Infinity NT5, pretty much pristine condition. So much lighter than my SS1 was, but sounds mega! The Badderer Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Looks great!! Always been curious to try one of these. Hope it's as you dreamed it would be! Quote
Cameronj279 Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Would love to try one of these! Congrats and such Quote
CamdenRob Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Well that looks like something a bit special... Forgive the cliché but does it have that classic Warwick growl and zing? Quote
miles'tone Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Yes, yes and indeed, yes! Congrats man, I think the Infinity is my favourite Warwick of them all. Quote
goblin Posted June 24, 2015 Author Posted June 24, 2015 It's absolutely fantastic. Balances perfectly, and yes, it very much has the Warwick growl and zing, but also a hell of a lot more deep punch too (not that they don't have it in the first place!) I couldn't be happier with it! Quote
paul j h Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 That is my dream bass as well but as a 4 string. congrats. Quote
HowieBass Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Very nice looking indeed. Is the front chambered and the back solid? Quote
goblin Posted June 24, 2015 Author Posted June 24, 2015 The front's only a cap, so it's the body which is chambered. If you pull off the rear electrics cover, you can see straight through the F holes, and the chamber goes quite far up into the body. The only solid parts of it appear to be the horns and where the neck goes through Quote
