project_c Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 I'm in the process of customising a USA Precision, and I really wanted to replace the black pup covers with some cream / ivory colour ones. So I ordered these made by Northwest Guitars off Amazon, and the screw mount bits are visibly too large to fit - in fact the holes are not even in the right place at all. I just took a file to my pickguard to make it fit, screws still went in even though they were slightly wider. Bosh.
