bass with Kubicki style drop D - extra 2 frets?

Apart from my own custom Shuker, and Kubicki's (who I got the idea from) are there any other bases which have an extra 2 frets above the nut, for an open D?

I guess double bass C-extensions are a variant of the same idea, otherwise I can't think of any.

The Hyperbass just has a 3 octave neck.
