Hi,

Here is my Strunal 50/4 laminate blueburst bass for sale. A sad parting of ways, but I simply don't play him enough to justify holding on to him.

This is a gorgeous Czech made bass, plays really nicely, and comes complete with an adjustable bridge, a decent quality padded soft case and a David Gage Realist pickup. It is strung with Super Silver strings.

The bass is in Cardiff.

I don't need another bass. Even if it is blue. And in Cardiff. And Strunal. And so very, temptingly affordable. Where would I put it? It's a ridiculous notion. No-one needs four basses. Stop it.

You are absolutely right, Sarah - no-one needs four basses.

Four is a pleasingly even number though. Three is just odd.

And I'm sure its written somewhere that everyone should own at least one blue bass ;-)

When I was looking for a DB
I couldn't find one anywhere in South Wales
I think the closest I could find was Swindon!

(apart from the dodgy, cheap Chinese one with a huge split, in Bristol)

Nice colour :)

Yes, that's when you came to my rescue Sarah. It was aaaages before you sold me that lovely B & H. Now there are 3 for sale in the area at one time, and so much choice :)

Shame you're nowhere near Sheffield or I'd have been sorely tempted to investigate further....thankfully you're in Cardiff...

Got a real hankerin for an acoustic db... :gas:

Thanks for all the kind bump-age, lovely people!

I've been feeling recently that I might regret selling my lovely blue bass, so I'm gonna give it another go. Maybe I'll sort myself out with some lessons, see how I get on.

Thanks again everyone for all the interest!
