gary mac Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Well it was a week or so back actually but I've been tinkering about and getting the set up just so. Been fancying trying my hand at fretless for a while now, so I bought this rather lovely neck. Swapped out the fretted neck on my homebuilt P and put on a set of Status Half Wounds. I'm pleased with the quality and the look, now just got to master playing it. So far, I'm really enjoying it. goonieman Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 I like how you have eschewed the fret lines. Brave I've just done the same thing: I just bought a warwick rockbass fretless and it'll be arriving soon (review to follow). Quote
Floyd Pepper Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 Looks really nice. I've just replaced the black pickguard on my Tony Franklin for the original Tort but looking at yours, it just looks right. Enjoy! Quote
