Guest MoJo
Following a bout of severe GAS, I bought a Boss GT-6B bass processor several months ago. I'm a simple bass-lead-amp sort of guy so in reality I tend to stick with that same with the chorus and flanger. I don't play funk so the wah and synth functions never get used. For live work I tend to turn off the amp models as the preamp in my Laney B1 has quite a useful preamp with blendable valve and FET stages, bright boost, preshape (more subtle than most..no huge mid-scoop here) a seven band EQ an a usuable compressor. I feel that the GT-6B would be a very useful recording tool or superb for live work DI'd into a PA but that's not really what I want. I was wondering how other 6B users on the forum use theirs. Monz
LOL I used mine to generate the finance needed to buy an EBS multicomp and a Gator Pedal Tote QED I persevered for weeks but common sense prevailed in the end... IMHO they are the tool of choice for the bedroom bassist
Owen
You can get a PC editor which works through midi with your Gt-6B. Much easier. Lots of fun. PM me and I will send it to you if you have justsendit.com compatability.
