mrtcat Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) Edwin Starr's "Contact" is a lot of fun to do rocked up. Goes down well too. Edited July 24, 2015 by mrtcat Quote
Mykesbass Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015
We do a rocked up version of ABBAs " Does your mother know", usually gets the ladies moving!!!
Always thought that was quite Glam Rock to start with. Quote
The Funk Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 I agree with Word Up. Also Faith No More's cover of Easy. The Who used to do a cover of Heatwave in their early days. Any rhythm and blues song can be done as a rock song as they're basically the same thing. Quote
