I haven't had anything done to what I have left yet, so I can't help with a recommendation, apart from Jimmy Moon defretting an Aria TSB550 years ago. He can repair or set up anything, very clever man who deals with a lot of famous people. Also Steve Suggitt. Lives in West Ayton near Scarborough is another luthier I have used. He builds all kinds of guitars and does repairs and setups. Very talented man. He's a top guy to deal with and I've never had any problems, always documents exactly what he does and will re-adjust your bass free of charge if the set-up isn't quite right or it settles in and starts buzzing or anything...
