lowdown
I don't like the white title bars on all of the windows though. I liked the aero look much better. Can't get that Cortana thing to work either.
You can now download a small utility to change colours. http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/7935-color-window-borders-title-bars-change-windows-10-a.html

SimonEdward
Windows 8.1 > W.10 upgrade (Windows 7 skin) and so far, so good although it does put 'apps' on your machine willy nilly - without asking !! - using basic Toshiba 64-bit Celeron laptop 2Ghz with 4GB of RAM and Tascam US-322 USB interface. Drivers updated fine. Was running Reaper V4.7x for ages and downloaded the new V.5 on W.10 with no probs. (Just using Voxengo plugins for amps and reverb). Out of your list I have Ampeg SVX, Guitar Rig (although mine's 5 Pro), Kontakt (the free player not the full one though) and I have EZDrummer 2 which I already know works so I'd hope that Superior does too. funkle
Installed Windows 10 on my DAW. My Focurite Saffire Pro 24 over Thunderbolt interface no longer worked. System - Saffire Pro 24 into Asus X99-A (via Firewire to Apple adapter cable to Thunderbolt adapter card), 16 gig RAM, OC'd i7 5820K, Samsung 850 Pro main SSD drive. Uninstalled. Win 7 x64 again and everything back to the way it was and working. Beautiful. Focusrite's website says there are known issues with W10 and Firewire interfaces and VIA chipsets. I don't know if that applies to me or not, but I wasn't in the mood for troubleshooting.
Mornats
Focusrite have been a bit behind in Windows 10 support for their drivers. Shame really given the popularity of their interfaces.
DaveFry
Steinberg have just announced that their DAWs are now compatible with Windows 10 . They claim that they had identified the problem and approached Microsoft , who released a patch in the latest Windows Updates . - So , other DAWs may work better now too . funkle
I'll wait and see. I liked Windows 10, but until Focusrite say they have it sorted out, I'll just hang fire.

So it might have been Audio interface related as well, or a combination of things. I suppose I was one of the lucky ones. Cubase 8 and Steinberg UR-22 have been running great for me, for weeks. And no timing issues as reported by Steinberg.
