joshua.harris1234
Hi, Bit of a dumb question but would it be possible for a bass company like Warwick, Fodera, etc. for example to send one of their basses to borrow and try out for a week/month or so? Thank you, Josh
Cameronj279
Very doubtful. I've certainly never heard of the bigger companies giving out loaner basses. Your best bet is to go to shops like Bass Direct/Bass Gear that will have basses like that in stock.
CamdenRob
Not so much of an option with Fodera but used German Warwicks go for a fraction of the new cost on the used market. I would buy one of the model your interested in from the BC marketplace (don't worry too much about colour or it being pristine) then move it on / trade it for a different one after a month or so. It's really hard to get the feel for how a bass is going to work for you long term after a 5 minute noodle in a bass shop... Give yourself the best chance of working out exactly what it is you want before plonking down that £4k...
Sibob
I've answered this when you asked the same question in your 'High End Bass' post. In the interest of keeping things tidy. Will close this (if not for the fact that the answer is 99% 'No' lol) Si
