ash Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 (edited) I got this bass as a trade only a few days ago having always fancied trying a T bird. It's a fabulous instrument and in excellent playing and cosmetic condition - one or two minor dings but nothing to be worried about. It's light at 8.5lbs and balances well with no noticeable neck dive and it sounds great, classic Gibson sound superb for rock music. It comes with a retrofit bridge making intonation much easier - (original included) and also the original Gibson case. So why am I selling? Sadly the ergonomics of the bass means I find it uncomfortable to play - I have an injured shoulder and playing finger style really irritates after only a few minutes. So here it is folks a 2008 through neck Thunderbird at a reasonable price. It's currently strung with flats. Pickup preferred however I will post in the UK only at buyers cost.
