For sale my 1972 Fender Precision, all original except for recent refret with period correct frets (by Guitar Angel). When I bought this it had had a laminate put over the original fretboard to make it fretless, I had this professionally removed, sanded and refretted, I have extensive photos of the work being done and the receipt for the work. This is a great sounding, lightweight vintage bass, I have the original chrome bridge and pick up covers. The bass will be shipped in a vintage, but not original case. Weight is 8lbs. Price drop now £1500 [attachment=198622:16.8.15 006.JPG][attachment=198623:16.8.15 008.JPG][attachment=198624:16.8.15 009.JPG][attachment=198625:16.8.15 011.JPG] [attachment=199878:73 pots etc 001.JPG][attachment=199879:73 pots etc 004.JPG][attachment=199880:73 pots etc 009.JPG][attachment=199881:73 pots etc 013.JPG][attachment=199882:73 pots etc 015.JPG]

As ever with old Precisions, it might really help your sale if you strip it down and take good close ups of neck heel, neck pocket, pots, back of scratch plate, bottom of pick ups.
Just trying to be helpful. £1600 is not a huge amount for a bass of this kind BUT it's a lot of money for most folk to find so they will most likely want to be as sure as they can be.

Have to agree on this - the pictures would tell the story much better and improve the chances of a sale.
