Lotusmark2
Just a quick hello from up in Wigan. Have not posted for a while so thought I'd say hi. Been playing for over 30 years (you'd think I'd be good by now, pahhhhh) Mainly play rock and blues, my no1 is a USA P that will be buried with me 😉 Any how, see you about the place Mark Edited August 20, 2015 by Lotusmark2
gary mac
Morning Mark and welcome. Plenty of Fender lovers on here, so show off some pics of your P bass. There are a few strange ladies and gents who don't like Fenders but help is available. Enjoy the site.

ras52
Hello!!! With a slight note of disappointment that there's nothing in your post about actually eating pies while playing, as promised by the title. Rick Wakeman once ate a curry on stage, you know...
I once tried to eat a packet of dry roasted peanuts during a gig once. It was a futile task, as most of them rolled off under the drummers stool. police squad
I had a hot chocolate with whipped cream on it, at a gig earlier this year, and had to finish it with a spoon!!
skankdelvar
The ideal combination for me is an extended 'hard rock' intro with a pedalled open string and a Gregg's chicken pasty (one of the flat ones). Do not eat straight from the microwave as the pasty may be very hot and could cause injury.
JapanAxe
My family are from Wigan and I was born in Lancashire but it's not the sort of thing I'd want publicised on the Internet. I also love pies. Welcome aboard Mark!

MacDaddy
Wrong side of the pennines, but never mind I once went to a gig straight from work, via a Chinese takeaway. Much stuffing of mouthfulls between songs in the first set.
