geoham
I've listening to the Tedeschi Trucks band a lot recently and love some of the bass work. Saw a few live clips too, and think that their now departed Oteil Burbridge is awesome. He also looks like he enjoys his work, a very animated player at times! I know he also played with the Allman Brothers band - not sure what on though. Can anyone recommend any of his work - with the Allmans or otherwise? Cheers! HazBeen
Allman brothers mainly, he is also in a new band with John Mayer and members of Grateful Dead. Dead & Company, supposedly pretty cool but I have not heard anything yet.
Japhet
Has done a fair bit with Warren Haynes and Government Mule. Terrific player who often scat sings what he is playing on the bass which is quite awesome to watch. Think there is a Youtube clip of him doing this with Lee Pomeroy.
