His bass playing has totally shaped my ideal tone and playing style. He is absolutely amazing, we had a lovely chat about his Musicman gear, pedals and how Less then Jake was a big influence on him. A thoroughly nice bloke. I admit I went totally fan boy on him, but he took it with good grace! Most amazing night of the summer so far! And for the uninitiated! Really enjoying the songs I've tried so far and love his tapping stuff, never heard it done in music I actually like before and he uses it to great effect in terms of melody and rhythm.
