I've got a fretless neck on my project bass, and i want a fretted neck on it :)

Would it be cheaper to get a replacement neck, or have someone refret it!?

Any ideas?
Cheers

This site sells the tools to do it (but I have no idea how hard it is to do):

I would never attempt it myself, absolutely no woodwork/craft skills at all, and accepted that a long time ago lol

Thanks for the links though.

Its not that I'm not persevering with the fretless :) My Shuker EUB takes care of that!

Its my project P-bass and i fancy it being fretted now, its been fretless for a good 5 years, so deserves a change.
