£650

Having recently bought a Ricky and being totally sold on it, this beauty is redundant and just hangs sadly on my wall. So, therefore, it is for sale. Figured poplar top, Norstrand big singles, 3 band active, gold hardware. All in all a great guitar and über light too (6.5lbs). It comes with the brilliant Premium case, which can just about be seen pictured here:

The figuring is very nice and plays down the 'bling' nature of the gold IMO (not a gold hardware lover myself, but on this, it works):

Little light buckle rash on the back (it is an oil or wax finish, so can mark easily):

There is a tiny ding on the front. Now it's not the mark close to the B string anchor (that's part of the natural finish) but the mark at about 8 o'clock:

These puppies are no longer available and were almost a grand new, but, sadly, Ibanezes don't hold their value at all well from new (pretty good from 2nd hand though) so I'm pricing this to go at [s]£650[/s] £600 collected from Ez Towers. Sorry no trades, unless you have a Gretsch 5420T.

Wouldn't mind having a go on it - I'm only in South Croydon, but I'm on holiday right now - back next week...

Very nice and a great price.

It really is a lovely bass, but it's getting no use now and my rule is an instrument has to 'pay its way' or it has to move on to another home. Thus...

That is a bargain. I would get it except I have one already and that would be a bit excessive :D
Having said that, it would be the last one I let go, unless someone gave me a 5005!

Very very very nice
Thanks, it is, but I seem to just be playing my Ric these days and as I've always had a 'if it's not used then it moves on' rule, here it is waiting for a new home.

Having just tried to organise fully insured delivery of this beast and failing miserably, I can confirm that it is pick up from Ez Towers or meeting at a mutually acceptable half way point only.

I posted a Dingwall which was probably the longest bass I ever had. I think it was only UPS that would provide insurance for an instrument and do that size.

Through interparcel
