G&L L-2000 USA Series

Have a chance at a maple necked natural double buck one of these at a local shop for just under £600.
Any thoughts about the value?

I assume it's second hand, if it's in good order that's a fair price for a US built L2000. I would perhaps expect to see it closer to £800 or more.

At £600 that is a bit of a steal. I owned a few L2000 Tributes and they were good, so I imagine the US one will be tickety boo!

Do it. That's less than the RRP on the tribs, they don't hold value well but they are amazing basses

Incredibly good basses and yes they don't hold their values as well as MM ones
