Just having an ask about Phasers
What do you use ?

Just picked up an EHX Small Stone Nano.

Very creamy, swirly, and warm. Lovely!

I found the Small Stone a bit too dark and switched to the standard Phase 90. Both are great options though, no low end loss with either!

I use a clone of the 70's Maestro Stage Phaser. It has 5 or 6 stage options and goes quite deep, with no low end loss. That's my current favourite, though I think the EHX Nano Small Stone is great on bass too.
I've got a Mutron II clone in build at the moment, so that may take Maestro clone's place on my board, after I hear it ...

ive got a mxr phase 99 which is insane! two phase 90's in one box! but also have used the Eqd grand orbiter which is also very cool!

I recommend the MXR Phase 100, doesn't take out the bottom end too much.

It all depends on what you want to use it for and how wide a sweep you want from it.

If you want a "small" focussed sweep from it, then something like a Phase90 would be ideal.

If you want a wider, more "psychedelic" style sweep, then you really cannot go far wrong with an EHX Small Stone (preferably in the pressed steel box).

got an old 80.s Pearl Phaser, rarely use it but it does sound good, a pig with a seperate power supply though

+1 on the small stone nano, i love mine! Although I wouldn't mind trying a phase 90 or an EBS D phaser 😆

I used to own a Moog 12 stage which (like all foogers) was incredible but I just couldnt justify the expense a second time on another one so a Small Stone Nano was procured.
It does it's job well.

Quasar DLX here. Fantastic phaser with LOTS of features, but quite pricey. Worth it though if you're looking for that kind of thing.
