lee650
Oh wow, that sounds fantastic 😆 great playing on the demo too. Once again I bet it's useless on bass!. If it could replicate moog bass sounds id have one. Edited September 12, 2015 by lee650
dudewheresmybass
As an owner and bass based user of both b and c models, I think this also sounds great like the others However, I can't see myself using it in my contexts. Might be fun to try it, but I suspect it'll go no further than that for me Edited September 12, 2015 by dudewheresmybass
ratman
Dude, how do the B and C models sound on bass? I can see guitarists getting a lot of bang for their buck with this kind of pedal, but do you think they're worth the price for bass? dudewheresmybass
IMO they sound great. I use both regularly However I do run a slightly different signal chain to the norm. I run the organ outs to and ab box and through a kill switch to di and pa. in this pic you see it, but now I have changed ab to one of the fender branded mooers, and I've built my own mooer sized latching killswitch rather than using the boss ab with an empty channel. Also, the Dod bass overdrive has been replaced with an ehx bass soul food. EssentialTension
I have a B9 which I use on my Squier Bass VI. It works fine in my view but I am using it to sound like an organ. I am not using it to play bass. I don't use effects on my 'normal' four-string bass.
