Electric bass neck with acoustic bass body?

I'm just wondering what's the right process to attach an electric bass neck to an acoustic body or if it's even possible by the way?

Anything is possible with the correct tools and skills, that's not to say it'll be worthwhile.
What is it you're trying to achieve?

Buy a Fender Kingman. That's a jazz neck on an acoustic.

If you just mean any old acoustic body then the body top is likely to snap to bits when you tune it all up.

The internal bracing needs to be designed right for the string tension when in tune.

As fretmeister says, an acoustic body is likely to break. It would require additional bracing to support the electric neck and that would mean taking it to bits - which probably wouldn't end in a good way
