DirkThrust
And look at the reply to the question. Would you buy a bass off someone with an attitude like that?
David Nimrod
*Very* Dodgy... he had the same thing on a 'BIN' at £255 a while back. It's is just a re badged Squier, I'm sure. What a con!
Sean
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FENDER-DELUXE-PRECIS...1QQcmdZViewItem Look at this he's selling - what an attitude! He's put his phone numbers on there - ideal for the phonejacker!
The Burpster
The Beedster opened our eyes to this chap 'the reclaim man' ....... VERY poor descriptive and comms and comes across as a complete arrogant buffoon..... However one of our members has bought from him and had a good deal, another did and felt aggrieved...... Make your own mind up, if you dont like it, avoid it.....
Musky
Personally, I wouldn't touch this guy's auctions with a barge pole. While he might genuinely believe the telebass is a Fender, there's no way he's had this guitar since 1974. The guy is an outright liar. andy67
it is in fact a squier vintage modified precision TB! value £239 new from Guitar Guitar or cheaper if you go to Sound Control! it is a con and am about to remind him of this! I have one of these basses and they are fantastic though! I changed the bridge and tuning keys, fender bridge and schaller tuning keys! what a difference it made prefer it to my departed fender 51 reissue pbass!! neepheid
I've just asked him for photos of the neck plate and the back of the headstock, and also for the serial number and country of manufacture. Don't expect to get a response, but he'll know we're onto him.
spree
his phone number is a liverpool/merseyside area code and one of his listings says he is near chester, plausible and close enough for a kicking
