Maybe people after them should just post here instead, and become informed by PM. Need to figure how to not have them totally spammed I guess.

[/quote] I'm not sure it is being watched at the moment - the 'faker that was posted up on the 13th (after RIC contacted BC) ran to completion without any takers. Anyone looking on the forum probably isn't aware that joining BC allows you to see more forums.

After all some of the copies are so good they only need a new TRC to be indistinguishable.

[/quote] Don't even need a new truss if you get some from China, even come with those meaningless shapes attached 'MADE in the USA' on a sticker. But yeah, that was basically my suggestion, it can only be a fake if it looks like its real.

[/quote] That's true, but other 'faker auctions that have been posted up here since JH contacted the site have run to finish, which suggests that at that point in time no one from RIC was checking this thread. Though that's not to say they haven't joined up more recently. We'll just have to see if other less obvious auctions run to completion.

I've removed the word 'copy' in the title and replaced with 'homage' to increase my slim chances of this running to the end of the auction without it bing pulled.
