I think I might even like it over a Sunburst!

Careful - you're gonna upset several SX owners by that remark! :)

Definitely not the only one!

It's a nice bass, but i'm not a fan of the aged look, personally i don't get the whole vintage fad thing, i'd rather have a new one... they're just better. Plus i like my instruments to look pristine.

EDIT: and it puts me off an auction when people have taken the basses apart and taken photos, why would we want to see that?

Yeah you can't fault Tune_O_Matic for the quality of his listings. Pity about the personality though :)

I thought it looked like T_O_M listing, so he's changed user name then? Wonder why!

Ah, I missed that. I've noticed listings for vintage stuff selling on there with the item location as Sherman Oaks with other usernames too, so I guess he must have several identities. Yeah, can't imagine why

Can't be too many dealers in vintage instruments that host as many images and give almost identical wordings... and from the same town :)

Unfortunately if no-one coughs up £1500 then under-priced or not it still sits there looking pretty! In fact looking at how long it has sat on Basschat, you might be better off sticking it on eBay. There are several documented cases of basses going on eBay for a lot more than they were offered on here :)
