ColinB
That's great. I was listening to The Move in the car yesterday and thinking how good the bass lines were.

ivansc
Is it me or did every single town in the UK have a band called the redcaps in the early sixties? I bought my 62 precision off the bassist with OUR local redcaps.... Here it is in all its three colour sunburst glory https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDuR-_jFk_8 Tony Sa(i)nti playing it
spectoremg
Good story but I dunno about the original line-up of The Moody Blues being the best.

Our Redcaps had this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Walker Not seen him since the 70s when he was back from the states for a bit, but he had a really great blues voice and presence Edited October 13, 2015 by BILL POSTERS
