Looking for someone to teach me how to do setups (Cardiff area)

Is there anyone in the Cardiff and the vale area who could teach me how to set up my basses?

I know the jist of it and I can do basic stuff but it would be nice if someone could help me understand how and why it works.

I am aware there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube ect. But I learn things so much faster if I have someone in front of me who can show me and I can ask questions.
