Mzungu71
Hi there, I'm Mzungu71. I'm in a covers band in Lincolnshire. Use a Fender Jazz bass as my prefered bass and a big beefy Ashton Bass rig. Looking for advice on a decent but cheap and simple to use distortion/overdirve pedal. Oh and hello everyone Cheers

Muppet
Hello there, I grew up in lincolnshire and my parents still live there so I go back during holidays and what not. What a dull place it can be.
I also grew up there, but you should try it out now. Lincoln itself is rapidly turning in to a very lively city (as a result of the University mainly) and I enjoy going back. Do you play pubs in the city Mzungu71 and if so which ones? church
totally agree. lincoln is a preety good place to be. i like the fact i can still go out at night without fear of getting my nuts stove in only problem there ain't enough live music pubs especially for covers. what band you in? try to get out and see you if you're local
bennifer
Greetings from a student in Lincoln about to begin my 3rd year of a film course. Very fun city, a nice blend of student madness, ye olde worlde heritage and a fairly happening underground music scene. Don't suppose you've heard of the Jolly Brewer pub which hosts a brilliant open mic night?

Volume
Hi from another Yellowbelly! I'm originally from Lincoln, but am just in the process of moving down to London to study - seems there's quite a few of us Basschatters from the area!
