Funk / Fusion Jam sessions in London

Hey guys,

I think it is about a time to go out there and jam with other people! Recently I spent way too much time practicing scales and other stuff.

But where to go? Can you recommend me any good jam sessions with friendly and easy going people?

So far I've been only to a Hoxton Jam in a Troy bar (and a few more, but not really a funk or a fusion ones), never went on stage yet but totally loved the vibe, and been amazed by the level of the players (especially the bass players).

Also if you could suggest a 'must know' tunes that are most likely to be called on the jams like that?
