Revalving an Orange Terror bass 500 combo

Hello everyone

I have an Orange Terror bass 500 combo and want to tame the gain by changing the valves.

I have done this before in the Terror bass head and it was pretty straightforward.

Anyone done it in the combo? How did you do it? I can't see how to access the valves.

I'd imagine the four screws in the top of the cabinet are holding the head up, so loosen them until the head is lowered to a point where you can remove the screws without the head dropping down, then slide the head out.

Thanks, I have taken these out but the head doesn't shift one bit. I didnt want to force it. Wondered if I was missing something.

Just rang Orange, very helpful people indeed! Its the four screws mentioned above and also the 2 handle screws. The head unit can be taken out then.

Will be trying it later.
