Hi all :)

Got a clear perspex scratchguard from Ebay for my MM. This means you can have any design beneath it, which gives your Bass a completely different look about it whenever you change. Great for branding, or adding a specific 'feel' to fit with the venue you are playing at.

The first guise I've gone for is a Creeper, because I'm a Geek. I painted the image from an image I got from Google, stuck it onto a black piece of card, and painted the rest black to fit. I 'Bloomin love it.

So many opportunities, and I can always put the original scratchguard back on if I get bored. :D

Interesting. I originally had a clear perspex one for my Ray which is great. I now have a mirrored one. I might dig out the clear one and come up with something for a change at times.

I was going to get a mirrored one, but I teach on youtube and I dont really want it mirroing back whats on screen etc. May get it for gigging etc though.

Does it get mucky at all? Finger prints etc?

I had a mirrored one on a PBass. Looked great, but did get a bit murky.

It wasn't properly mirrored/chromed though. Just had a slight mirrored effect.
