*SOLD* Fender Precision Body from a US HighwayOne £160

Body from a Made in USA Fender Precision Highway One Bass.

The wood is Alder and weighs approx. 4lbs.

These came with a nitro finish, and this one is in matte black.

This is more than a little 'roadworn'. This effect largely came from simply rubbing cellulose thinner on the nitro finish (no sanding was involved!). Although there are many others dings and knocks, which I've tried to capture in the photos. Luckily the majority of messing around was done on the back.

Might be of interest to someone who wants to completely remove the black finish or who is ok with it the way it is. As shown in the photo with the pickguard (which is not included, but for sale separately), it looks a lot better when the screw holes are in use.
